Or maybe youre 150 pounds of pure muscle, but you lift less weight than your "stronger" friends do. Well, youll have the last laugh thanks to ProSuccess!
ProSuccess is an easy-to-use app that not only tells you your one-rep max, it finds your coefficient and the weights that you should use for a variety of reps.
What is a coefficient? Your coefficient is a way of measuring how strong you are pound for pound. For example, a 110-pound gymnast might be just as strong as a 230-pound football player even if that football player can bench press 100 pounds more. ProSuccess keeps your weight in mind when comparing your strength to that of other athletes.
Just enter your body weight, the weight you lifted, and the number of times (called reps) you lifted that weight. ProSuccess will project your one-rep max, the weight that you could potentially lift for one rep. It also displays the weights you could lift for two reps, three reps, etc.
ProSuccess is currently password-protected while Noblesville High School tests it, but future updates will bring ProSuccess to the general public as well! We thank you for your patience!
